This Limited Warranty applies only to Bright Link LED Lightboxes purchased directly from official Bright Link sales channels, including brightlink.lk, our authorized social media stores, and other approved distributors.
By purchasing and using a Bright Link product, you agree to the terms of this warranty. If you do not accept these terms or believe you are ineligible, please contact our support team immediately.
What Is Covered
Under this Limited Warranty, Bright Link guarantees that our LED Lightboxes will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as described in Bright Link’s product manuals, safety guides, and specifications, during the applicable warranty period.
Warranty Coverage:
Applies to all Bright Link LED Lightboxes, including but not limited to:

Standard LED Lightboxes

Double-Sided LED Lightboxes

Custom Branded LED Lightboxes
Standard Warranty Period:

1 year for the LED panel, frame, and power components.
Extended Warranty:

How to Obtain Warranty Service
If your Bright Link product does not function as intended during the warranty period:

Contact our support team at support@brightlink.lk.

Provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

Clearly describe the issue and include photos or videos for review.
If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the product or part. Charges may apply for non-covered or out-of-warranty issues.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by fire, flood, accidents, or other external factors.

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.

Improper installation, storage, or usage contrary to instructions.

Water damage or exposure to unsuitable environments.

Wear-and-tear items and cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, fading, minor dents).

Damage caused by lack of proper cleaning or maintenance.

Products with removed or altered serial numbers or labels.

Malfunctions caused by third-party accessories or non-approved electrical connections.
Limitation of Liability
Bright Link’s responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing a defective product during the warranty period.
We are not liable for:

Loss of business, revenue, or profits.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Claims from third parties.
Our total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product. This limitation does not apply to bodily injury or property damage caused by gross negligence where prohibited by law.
Limitation of Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Link disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Any warranty arising from trade practice.

That products will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
Where local laws do not allow certain exclusions, warranties will be limited to the minimum period and remedies permitted by that jurisdiction.
