We currently ship to selected international destinations.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotional campaigns, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times may vary based on exact location, customs processing, and carrier delays.


💸 Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders above Rs. 25,000 within Sri Lanka.

  • Shipping rates for other regions and international orders are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

  • Customs duties and taxes (for international shipments) are the customer’s responsibility.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Use this number to track your shipment directly with the courier.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Restricted or embargoed countries as defined by Sri Lankan or international law


📩 Incorrect or Missing Items

If something is missing or incorrect in your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email support@brightlink.shop with your order number and photos (if applicable)

  • We'll resolve the issue promptly by issuing a replacement or correcting the order


💥 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Do not discard any packaging.

  3. Contact us at support@brightlink.shop within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and provide a refund or replacement depending on the case.
